How much does it cost to train at Viable Strength?

Practically speaking, what you’re paying for during a training session is programming, coaching, technical skill development and motivation. Strength is a skill and needs to be developed as such with Coaching.

Most of our time is spent in your program design and preparation. We will work with sport coaches and season schedules to ensure that you or your child produce maximum athletic performance.

What is the minimum sign up period?

Our minimum sign up period is intervals of 3 months. It will initially take that long to generate meaningful results. Strength is a skill, and needs to be learned properly to maximize results and minimize injuries.

What is the minimum age limit?

You must be 13 years or older. We can recommend other trainers for those under 13 years old whom we believe can help you. A parent or guardian must provide written permission for those 18 years and under.

What can I expect during training?

Check out our Personal Training page for some in-depth detail. Programs are created on an individual basis to ensure that the workouts your perform maximize results and minimize injury, all based on your physique and fitness profile.

I’m out of shape. Will you coach me?

That depends on you. You need a deep desire to improve, a strong work ethic, a willingness to be coached, and the persistence and patience to continue, especially when it gets challenging.

Everyone begins from a different starting point, and has different reasons for desiring strength and conditioning. We’re serious about getting you results. If you’re serious about improving, contact us.

When will I see results?

Viable Strength guarantees results. The minimum sign up period is 3 months, because it will initially take that long to generate results. After the initial 3 months, you will see results and improvement at a greater rate due to regular training.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. You will be charged for any sessions that you have participated in.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the first of the month for each month you are a member of Viable Strength.

When are you open?

Viable Strength is open from 6am – 7am, and 5pm – 10pm from Monday to Friday.
We are open Saturday from 10am – 2pm.
We are closed Sunday.
