Membership Questions

Can I change my plan?

Absolutely. You are able to change your membership plan from your current level to any of the other options that are currently available.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the first of the month for each month you are a member of Viable Strength.

What is the minimum sign up period?

Our minimum sign up period is intervals of 3 months. It will initially take that long to generate meaningful results. Strength is a skill, and needs to be learned properly to maximize results and minimize injuries.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. You will be charged for any sessions that you have participated in.

When are you open?

Viable Strength is open from 6am to 7am & 5pm to 10pm from Monday to Friday. We are open Saturday from 10am to 2pm.

What can I expect during training?

Most of our work is done during programming and preparation. During a training session, you’ll receive professional coaching, technical skill development, knowledge, and motivation based on your individual athletic profile that we develop.

When will I see results?

Viable Strength guarantees results. The minimum sign up period is 3 months, because it will initially take that long to generate results. After the initial 3 months, you will see results and improvement at a greater rate due to regular training.
